Ahold Delhaize Union

UFCW is the union for grocery workers.

UFCW, the union for grocery workers, represents 835,000 grocery store workers at major companies all across the country. We work with the hardworking people at stores owned by Ahold Delhaize to help get them better wages and benefits they deserve — backed by a union contract.

Grocery workers have always been essential. At UFCW, we believe grocery workers deserve stable schedules, living wages, and safe workplaces. No matter the Ahold Delhaize brand – whether it’s Hannaford, Food Lion, Big Y, Market Basket, Giant, Heirloom Markets, Stop & Shop, Fresh Direct, or Peapod – you deserve these guaranteed benefits and respect at work.
