Account Manager
The Account Manager assists the Assistant Director in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the UFCW Health Insurance Plan, including the Prescription Drug Program, the Vision Plan, the UFCW Dependent/Health Care Reimbursement Accounts and the UFCW Sick Benefit Plan.
Payroll Staff Accountant
The Payroll Staff Accountant is responsible for the administration and processing of payroll operations and the preparation of related financial reports, in accordance with established accounting principles and organizational policies. This position ensures accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of payroll activities.
Records Secretary
The Record Secretary is responsible for the administrative and accounting support the International provides to local unions for financial assistance programs. The Record Secretary processes the payments and maintains the records of financial transactions relating to expense reports for field staff.
