En los Estados Unidos, hay un c\u00f3digo legal claro que define las facultades que tenemos para afiliarnos a una uni\u00f3n y hacer que funcione mejor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Todas estas cosas se establecen como nuestros derechos legales en la Ley Nacional de Relaciones Laborales.<\/em><\/strong> Esta ley se firm\u00f3 en 1935, en parte para establecer todas las cosas que los trabajadores estadounidenses tienen derecho a hacer para organizar y mejorar sus lugares de trabajo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

Los derechos en los que se centra la NLRA son la protecci\u00f3n de lo que denominamos actividad concertada;<\/em><\/strong> es decir, acciones en las que usted y sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo trabajan juntos para abogar por la mejora de sus condiciones laborales. Esto significa que es ilegal que cualquier persona, incluido su empleador, le impida unirse a sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo en estas actividades.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Estas son algunas acciones que se clasificar\u00edan como actividad concertada<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

\u2022\u00a0<\/strong>Compartir y firmar una petici\u00f3n para mejorar las condiciones laborales.
\u2022\u00a0<\/strong>Unirse a sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo para hablar con la gerencia sobre los problemas de seguridad.
\u2022\u00a0<\/strong>Hablar con la gerencia en nombre de sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo sobre las condiciones laborales.
\u2022\u00a0<\/strong>Hablar con sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo sobre la creaci\u00f3n de una uni\u00f3n en su lugar de trabajo.
\u2022\u00a0<\/strong>Firmar una tarjeta de apoyo de la uni\u00f3n.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a1Decir algo sobre cualquiera de estas cosas!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Tiene derecho a unirse a sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo y hacer todas y cada una de estas cosas, y m\u00e1s, para luchar por mejores condiciones y beneficios. Sin embargo<\/strong>, durante su campa\u00f1a de la uni\u00f3n, su empresa puede intentar cualquier tipo de t\u00e1ctica para impedir que usted y sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo se afilien a una uni\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>, incluso si eso significa despedirlos ilegalmente por actividades concertadas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
