Laboramos incansablemente para asegurar que los alimentos lleguen a las mesas de la poblaci\u00f3n, mientras nuestra empresa obtiene beneficios. Sin embargo, en lugar de respetar nuestra elecci\u00f3n, Dold Foods ha intentado todo lo posible para detenernos. Incluso presentaron una objeci\u00f3n ante el gobierno, que determin\u00f3 que debe realizarse una nueva elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Estamos apelando la decisi\u00f3n del gobierno y pidi\u00e9ndoles que respeten los resultados de nuestra hist\u00f3rica elecci\u00f3n de 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p><strong>Pero aunque creemos que nuestra voz debi\u00f3 ser escuchada desde la primera vez, estamos listos para volver a votar s\u00ed a la Uni\u00f3n el 16 de Abril!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Tenemos derecho a aumentos salariales justos, protecci\u00f3n frente a medidas disciplinarias injustas y respeto en el \u00e1mbito laboral. Durante nuestra \u00faltima elecci\u00f3n, Dold nos hizo m\u00faltiples promesas con el fin de votar en contra de la afiliaci\u00f3n de la uni\u00f3n. Sin embargo, tan pronto concluy\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n, incumplieron todas sus promesas.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Ya sea que ganemos nuestra apelaci\u00f3n o nos veamos obligados a celebrar otra elecci\u00f3n, no nos rendiremos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p><strong>Basta de promesas incumplidas. Han iniciado un nuevo cap\u00edtulo en el que tienen voz en las p\u00f3lizas que afectan sus carreras, \u00a1y es hora de que hagamos lo mismo aqu\u00ed en Dold!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading bluebox\"><strong><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 Pasar\u00e1 a Continuaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p><br>Cuando Dold se enter\u00f3 de que hab\u00edamos ganado nuestra elecci\u00f3n, presentaron de inmediato impugnaciones ante la Junta Nacional de Relaciones Laborales para intentar invalidar nuestra elecci\u00f3n. Lo hicieron porque tem\u00edan que, con un uni\u00f3n, tendr\u00edan que sentarse a negociar con nosotros sobre los asuntos que m\u00e1s nos importan, como los salarios, las protecciones y la igualdad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Recientemente, la NLRB emiti\u00f3 una orden para repetir la elecci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de determinar que cometieron algunos errores al supervisar, como no proporcionar interpretaci\u00f3n suficiente para los trabajadores en sus idiomas..<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Y mientras luchamos por preservar los resultados de la victoria de diciembre de 2024, tambi\u00e9n estamos listos para votar rotundamente &#8216;Uni\u00f3n S\u00cd&#8217; nuevamente el 16 de abril.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Es frustrante que Dold haya podido retrasar este proceso, pero no pueden impedirnos luchar y ganar nuestra elecci\u00f3n de una vez por todas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Estamos luchando para que se reconozcan los resultados de nuestra primera elecci\u00f3n.
