Employers Unfairly Charge Workers for Required Personal Protective Equipment
In poultry and meat packing plants across the country, workers are lining up at the company store to buy safety equipment. But it doesn't have to be that way.
Employers are marking-up the cost of required personal protective equipment more than 100 percent for items that they are required to provide free of charge.
