U.S. Representative Ron Paul is serving his 5th term as a Member of Congress from the 14th District of Texas.  He previously served four terms in the House from 1976 – 1984.  He serves on the Financial Services and International Relations Committees.  He is a former Air Force Flight Surgeon and practicing physician, and was the Libertarian nominee for President in 1980.
