Sen. Hillary Clinton is currently serving her second term as a New York Senator in the United States Senate.  She previously served as First Lady of the United States (1993 - 2001), and also as First Lady of the state of Arkansas (1979-1981, and 1983 - 1993), a period in which she also practiced law. She serves on the Senate Armed Services Committee and the Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.
