From 2003 to 2006, the UFCW worked with the congressionally mandated Citizens’ Health Care Working Group to hold an unprecedented nationwide dialogue with the American people. Congress directed the group to prepare a report to create solid ideas and recommendations for building a health care system that works for all Americans.
