Nearly 300 workers and members of UFCW Local 2 in Springfield, Missouri have ratified a new three-year contract with Reckitt Benckiser. Workers there produce French’s mustard and BBQ sauce. Wages will increase by 2.5% each year for the next three years. Team leaders will receive an additional $1.50 per hour premium. The new contract maintains affordable health care, with no increases in co-pays. The contract also improves pension benefits, adding $5 per year of service over the term for a total of $48 per year of service. The contract also eliminates the cap on pension benefits.
