United Food and Commercial Workers Local 271 members at the Americold Logistics plant in Crete, Nebraska have successfully negotiated their first contract with the company.

The new contract includes:

• Average raises of $1.44 per hours in the first year

• 30 cents per hour raises for the next four years,

• Overtime pay for holidays

• A premium for night shifts

• Improved health insurance benefits

• Paid vacation
